“Instrument cluster screen went out (come on and off with temperature, but now completely out). This is where check engine warnings come on for my truck, and I don’t know when the truck is dinging, if there is something serious going on, or I just need an oil change. The dealer I went to said they don’t have new or used screens to replace mine with, so I feel very stuck.”

“The navigation system has the car traveling in the wrong direction. The compass does not work and the navigation says the car is 100s of miles away from its actual location. It’s has been fixed once by the dealer and broke again. This will be my second radio. A compass not working or telling a driver to turn into a ditch could cause harm.”

“Instrument cluster comes on and off whenever it wants, leaves me in the dark without it while driving. Dealer states there’s nothing they can do except replace screen. This started after I had my truck serviced at a dealership and the dealer stated it was like this when they got it. Everything worked great until I had it serviced. Now it’s just dangerous to not have a dash that works.”
