Active Head Restraint (AHR) Inadvertent Deployment - X88 Warranty Extension This bulletin involves inspecting the sled bracket striker pin and possibly replacing a front seat AHR that has inadvertently deployed.

“The front passenger side seatbelt would not tighten around occupant when pulled from the rest position. When we tried to get it to retract it wouldn't. There seems to be a number of these incidents reported for the same vehicle. This presents a serious safety issue and with only 45K miles on the vehicle this should justify an investigation.”
