What owners wrote
“The micro switch that tells the truck that it is in park is not working. So when the truck is put in park the display says vehicle not in park and dings. This started at only 48,000 miles intermittently but is doing so constantly now at 53,500 miles and Iâm having to buy a part to replace it.”

“Since the truck was updated under the recal N242435631, the camera system guidelines no longer work, which is a feature that was sold as part of the the vehicle. This system no longer works and I fear there are other safety systems that may no longer work. GM is refusing to fix the software issues that were caused by this recall update.”

“The raido screen glitches randomly and wont let you use it. The engine has a bad shudder while driving. When the engine shudders the RPMs go down. It has hard shift most of the time after sitting over night and starting driving in the morning. It has been doing these issues for at least 6 months.”

“Bought the truck brand new and the transmission hard shifts in every gear. Has been in and out of the dealership nonstop for the past 2 years for electrical issues with the radio, an oil sensor wiring issue, and the dealership is trying to say 5 modules are out in the truck. They only posted 3 modules and they were transfer case module, power steering module, and body control module.”

Should you keep driving it?
This page can't tell you that. 0 of 48 reports involved a crash. Owners who file are the ones who had a bad experience, and nobody checks their reports. If the problem affects steering, braking, power or a fire risk, treat it as a safety fault and have it inspected before a long or high-speed drive.
File your own report with NHTSA. Complaint counts are how a problem gets an investigation.
