“My car started experiencing a loss of power and began to shake a lot when I was parked. When they put the scanner on it, it said that cylinders number 2 and 3 had faults, so they replaced them.But after a few days the same message returned, so they think it's the injectors. In addition to all that, the problem started after the fuel pump was replaced at the Honda dealership in Lancaster, MA.”

“Unknown My car wasnât getting any gas stuck in traffic. Have complained to the dealership about the recall and the problem I was having I was given the run around about replacing the fuel pump”

“I was notified by Honda that the fuel pump on my 2018 Honda CR-V would be replaced when replacement pumps became available. That was in May of 2024. As of this writing, I have not heard from my local dealer (Honda World, Louisville, KY) or Honda corporate about the availability of a replacement.”

“I have received a recall notice related to the fuel pump (NHTSA #23V-858) and have been advised by Honda again today that the part required is still on back order until 2025. Is this vehicle safe to drive? If not, what remedy is available to me? It has been more than 60 days since I first inquired about the part.”
