“While driving, I suddenly saw the message "WARNING! MALFUNCTION. Refer to owner’s manual" display on my dashboard, which caused a loss of power and made it difficult to accelerate. I had to turn off the car in the middle of the highway, and it was frightening to think what could happen if this occurred on the expressway.”
