“While driving, the CVT stalls. The vehicle becomes sluggish and slows to a crawl. During this time, the driver is forced to turn on the hazard lights, place the car in park and restart the engine. Once restarted, the car can be placed into drive mode. This can occur several times while driving. This problems occurs more frequently when traveling in traffic requiring speed changes.”

“Check engine light popped on prior to the vehicle stalling and having issues going into gears. Stalls and rolls back, potentially causing an accident, but did not. Pulled to a mechanic who stated that the transmission was failing at 170,000.”

“Car shut off by yourself while we were driving on the highway. The key just kind of fell apart.the key fob thing kinda bent over and the car just turned off. Scared the family came to a halt and called aaa. They saw the key bent over and showed us. Called nissan and they said it was not under warranty. because Called dealer, and they said I had to get a new one. Says it cost $500 for each fob. Crazy!”

“While driving the car randomly turns off Iâve had the car serivced and they canât figure out the problem. It randomly stalls. Many people are having this problem if you just look up any Nissan rouge in 2018 review a lot have the said the same thing Iâve been lucky enough to notice before it happens but it could lead to someoneâs death if not seriously looked at”
