“Automatic emergency braking engaged with no warning, slamming in the brakes with no obstacle around. I was driving to work and the car slammed on the brakes and flashed a warning light, there were no other cars or anything around luckily. It would have caused a accident if someone were behind me.”

“Nissan did a recall on emergency braking system fail for which I was not notified. I did not become aware of the recall until after the expiration date and now Nissan refuses to honor the recall even though they are aware of the problem.”
