“Anti locking braking system malfunctioning and preventing me from braking at low speeds in a parking lot and at a stop light. No lights on internally (Dash). Had to swerve to avoid hitting the vehicle in front of me at the stop light and had to hit my horn to have the person in the parking lot slam on their brakes to avoid hitting me. Both incidents happened at about 5 miles per hours on flat grounds.”
