“The driver seat belt only locks sometimes. It also will unlock while driving. This is a safety issue if I'm in an accident I can be thrown from the vehicle. I contacted the dealership and they advised no recall has been attached to my VIN but it is under warranty still so they can fix. When the seat belt unlocks the seat belt light is triggered and the alarm goes off”

“The front passenger seat belt will not retract. This leave the seat belt useless and is a danger to any passenger. I contacted Hyundai to get an appointment weeks ago and tired to follow up this week and still no one has contacted me. This is unacceptable.”

“HI, OUR 2023 HYUNDAI PALISADE 3RD ROW middle SEAT BELT pops open while driving. I have read online this is a very popular issue. Happy Hyundai Oak Lawn Dealer said its 550.00 dollars to fix it and not covered under warrantly. Is there anything that can be done.”
