What owners wrote
“Since the latest software update, rear view camera is occasionally unavailable. I have the latest software installed on the car. Since this happens occasionally and I live about an hour away from the service center, I didn't take it to the service center. Before the latest software, the camera was going in and out when I was reversing, and this version of the software was supposed to fix the camera issues.”

Should you keep driving it?
This page can't tell you that. 1 of 167 reports involved a crash. Owners who file are the ones who had a bad experience, and nobody checks their reports. If the problem affects steering, braking, power or a fire risk, treat it as a safety fault and have it inspected before a long or high-speed drive.
File your own report with NHTSA. Complaint counts are how a problem gets an investigation.
