What owners wrote

“The “check high voltage system” warning came on, we noticed the hearing stopped. This started after 12,000 miles. The dealership said they fixed it and gave it back the warning reappeared a few days later, same events we lost heat and then the warning came back on. We have it back at the dealership they still don’t know what’s wrong.”

“Service High Voltage System alarm + Service Vehicle Soon alarm warning. This with no heat while driving at 10,836 miles. Took in to dealer for service and reportedly a known problem with the freon system and end cap. My thought is this should be a recall fix by Honda/GM because there are many many complaints of it amongst 2024 Prologue Owners.”

Should you keep driving it?

This page can't tell you that. 0 of 86 reports involved a crash. Owners who file are the ones who had a bad experience, and nobody checks their reports. If the problem affects steering, braking, power or a fire risk, treat it as a safety fault and have it inspected before a long or high-speed drive.

File your own report with NHTSA. Complaint counts are how a problem gets an investigation.
