“The screens (odometer and center entertainment console) both went blank while driving on the highway today. I had brought the vehicle in for the previous recall to have the update installed to prevent this problem.”

“1. Infotainment system completely shuts off at random moments and not form of reset will bring them to work again. 2. Forward Collision Warning: Will sound at times even if there is absolutely nothing ahead of you. 3. Lane departure is not always “available at this time”.”

“Service High Voltage System warning. Have had this come up on my car and I have seen that this issue has happened to many Prologue owners. The issue is with the battery cooling system. I am glad that the car did not just shut off while I was driving. Honda/GM need to make this right.”

“While driving on the gateway both my screens shut off. The one on my driver dash that displays my speed etc. my telematics screen also shut off. Stayed off while driving for about 5min then suddenly reset.”
