“Gridlines on the backup camera work intermittently when backing. The issue has been occurring since taking delivery. 20 June 2024. The dealer has made (3) attempts at repairing and has not resolved the issue. A Buy Back request was submitted 9/2025 and denied. GM advised it is a known problem they are working on. Back up cameras with gridlines became a mandatory safety feature in 2018.”

“I was going home after work on labor day, when l heard a noise on my roof. I opened the sunscreen window and l heard what sounded like a gunshot and the sunroof exploded raining down glass on my face.”

“Truck thinks Iâm about to run into something and slams on its brakes. Last time it sent my sister to the hospital to get 6 staples in her head. Digital cluster goes on and off as well as the infotainment center. Transmission bangs and shifts horribly. 900 miles on the truck with a check engine light and transmission warning.”
