“When merging onto the interstate, the vehicle lost ability to shift, started lurching and would not accelerate. No prior transmission issues had occurred and the sudden loss of shifting capability was a significant safety risk. This was GM Case# 89525980 The Transmission Valve body assembly was faulty and gave out with no warning. It had to be towed into the GM dealer and repaired for $2519.79”

“Transmission has jerked/bumped in past and now at approx 85K miles, it supposedly needs a new transmission. I've heard it is a pretty big issue and seems llike relatively low mileage for this to be happening to 2023 year model. I certainly don't drive it hard and rarely tow or haul heavy loads.”
