“The Ram uconnect system screen can go black, have glitches or be unresponsive. When this screen goes out the backup camera is no longer displayed.navigation is also no longer usable. When it goes out it is intermittent but can at anytime. Mine was out for an entire week then started working agian.”

“Black screens, freezes, and reboots Backup camera not displaying These require a complete reset of the uconnect to get the screen and cameras back. Rear collision is immanent without cameras”

“My back up camera has went out, I took it to be repaired at the dealership they said it was disconnected. It was reconnected at that time. It has quit again doing the same thing it was doing before. I have not disconnected any wires that would cause this issue.”

“I was backing out of my driveway and the rear view camera and rear sensors didnât work. Due to vehicle in the roadâs location and my mirrors view I could not see vehicle behind me and ran into the vehicle.”
