“I bought the car new, and the entire time I've owned this NIssan Rogue, the automatic emergency braking has a tendency to engage at 5-15 MPH when the car drives over grates or certain water drains (see attached pictures). Very startling and easy to get rear ended by other cars. It's annoying and unsafe. I told the dealership, and they claim they're aware, and their advice is to "sell the car."”

“While driving the automatic brake stopped the car while turning in a curve. However in another incident I was cut off and brakes did not automatically stop. The brakes works when they want too. Not reliable or safe. Separately, the steering wheel randomly squeaks while turning. It doesn't do it often, every other month or so I will hear the speaking sound.”
