“Hybrid battery system, still don't have heat after 2 years of car ownership. Not to mention the hybrid battery failure rate, I've driven several times and the vehicle will just have no power. I bring it to the dealership almost monthly and they always have some excuse. The vehicle's lane assist is also a hazard. I'll just be driving down highway and it'll just jerk the wheel randomly.”

“The car will cut off and loose power due to the battery issue It has been in the shop 5 or 6 times for this issue and some of the stays were over 30 days at a time They said they have no fix for the repair needed not to drive it but no one can make payments on a car and not drive it for months waiting on a repair. They refused to buy the car back or replace it with a new one.”

“The entire Jeep failed. Every light, warning, service, etc came up when cranking, and then it went dead. Now, it will not crank at all. Additionally, the trunk will not open and no power pops up on dashboard or display. This is put my family at risk due to the vehicle being parked next to my home with a possible shortage. No one has confirmed or checked, due to it being a Saturday. No warning was given prior.”

“Red wrench dash warning comes on alerting an issue with the hybrid electrical system. It has been diagnosed by the dealer multiple times with no resolution and warning it could be related to various emergency systems. This has been ongoing since the potential battery fire software update several months ago. Jeep acknowledges the problem but has no fix for it.”
