“Windshield wipers don’t have the same amount of travel each stroke. Sometimes the driver wiper will contact the A pillar and sometimes it will be several inches shy of the pillar. It seems it depends on how wet the windshield is. On several occasions, independent of wiper issue, the vehicle has significantly decreased speed or come to a complete stop for no apparent reason.”
