What owners wrote
“The warning lights for many areas has come on without warning. The car runs and drives fine. Took it to Honda. They want between 500 - 2500 to resolve the issue and replace the front radar. This appears to be a consistent problem for these 2018 Hondas. I already had to have the fuel injectors replaced at 48k miles. Another common Honda problem. Please help us as consumers”

“Engine misfire causing limp mode. Dealer says head gasket blown. When misfire happens, all driver safety system warnings display. Car goes into limp mode which is dangerous if on high speed road. First appeared Oct-10-2022 with 59k miles on vehicle. Second appeared Nov-29-2022 with 60,300 miles on vehicle. Honda refuses to cover expense of replaceing head gasket and determining root cause.”

Should you keep driving it?
This page can't tell you that. 2 of 92 reports involved a crash and 5 people were hurt. Owners who file are the ones who had a bad experience, and nobody checks their reports. If the problem affects steering, braking, power or a fire risk, treat it as a safety fault and have it inspected before a long or high-speed drive.
File your own report with NHTSA. Complaint counts are how a problem gets an investigation.
