“My windshield wipers stopped working. It seems the wiper motor still kicks on and I can hear it move, but the wipers donât move and are stuck. Itâs almost as if the wipers are off track or something. Once my vehicle was stopped, I was able to move the wipers back down, but it wonât move after that. I can still hear the motor turning on though.”

“The passenger side windshield wiper failed to operate during a rain event. I later removed the wiper arm and observed that the knurled surface of the wiper arm was damaged beyond repair.”
