“There was a mandate that an update be performed to address safety issues with braking. The update has been partially done which has not addressed the original issue and has created other safety issues (inability to see screen, no AC control, no rear camera, no blind spot, no emergency braking).”

“1) I am Experiencing vehicle issues after recall work/updates for the AC the vents are not working 2) Had to pay out-of-pocket costs beyond stated reimbursement amounts (breakdown below)Water Pump, it was a recall and I paid for it,”

“The main infotainment screen does not function. The car reboots itself every 5-6 minutes while driving. This temporarily disables all the seat sensors, signals or anything that requires electrical. The regenerative braking is also disabled. Furthermore, I can not control any Heat, AC, defrosters, which is extremely dangerous during the winter season.”

“The AC vents are not working. They promised to fix them under warranty, but never did. The car gets extremely hot in the summer and becomes unsafe, especially for small children. Windows must be rolled down to bring in outside air. Not safe for small children riding in the car in infant seats.”
