What this problem usually is

“Hit gooseneck dump trailer attached to Dodge Ram 2500 truck. Hit trailer frame square below tailgate. Silverado was total loss. Airbags did not deploy, driver suffered injury to face on steering wheel. Front passenger suffered some bruising from seatbelt. Driver was hospitalized a week later with a seizure with no known medical cause and no history of seizures 50+ years.”

“Roof top air bags had recall about year ago that were fixed. Now roof air bags deployed as driving on new pavement going 48mph. No warning at all. Caused to go in ditch but no major injury or damage. Police tool incident report but could do anything else.truck is currently at the dealer and haven't been able to figure out why this happened.”

“No specific incident. I am trying to get this recall fixed but GMC/Chevy say the repair takes 2 days and won't give me a loaner vehicle. I don't have an extra vehicle to drive, this being a safety issue that takes more than 1 day, they need to provide a loaner. Please help me get this safety issue resolved.”

“I have been waiting for nearly a year to have this recall fixed by GM! All my dealer's service people do is shrug their shoulders and tell me I'll get a letter when they have the parts. How much longer do I need to wait?”
