What this problem usually is
Screen complaints read like a list of small betrayals. The display goes black or freezes, the backup camera shows nothing when you shift into reverse, CarPlay or Android Auto keeps dropping, or the radio changes volume on its own. “The 12.3 in multi media display keeps going blank while driving I have taking it back a couple of times and still does it on the way back from a trip this year the screen went blank while I was using the map in a city and about got into a accident”

“Front camera quit working and it costs 2000 to replace which is absolutely ridiculous for a 2024 car. It should not have went out in a year and a half. It causes all the safety things on the car to not work properly.”

“Impact is to software. Apple car play is malfunctioning. Will not allow bluetooth calls while apple car play is active. Phone will continue to ring on screen however, and will not be able to take call handsfree while driving. Call will not allow communication from driver to caller, only can hear caller. Concerns have been ongoing since May.”
