What this problem usually is
Screen complaints read like a list of small betrayals. The display goes black or freezes, the backup camera shows nothing when you shift into reverse, CarPlay or Android Auto keeps dropping, or the radio changes volume on its own. Recalls and investigations
One recall on the electrical system covers the 2019 model year. A recall on the same system isn't always the same failure, so read the defect text.
Due to a damaged electrical connector, the back-up camera may not activate when the vehicle is in reverse. As such, these vehicles fail to comply to Federal Motor Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 111, "Rearview Mirrors."

TT: Some customers may experience an abnormal steering sensation (?pulling?, ?drifting?), which may be more pronounced after a cold soak. The steering angle value displayed in Techstream may be greater than +3° off when the steering wheel is held straight.

“A distracting message âa connected device is not supportedâ flashes on my console screen every 10 seconds. This occurs when there are no device or cable connected. It blocks the clock and driving directions if I am projecting them through CarPlay. The SOS emergency system lights flash back and forth from red to green.”
