What this problem usually is
This group is about the forward collision warning itself. Owners describe alarms with nothing ahead, a forward camera that fails or reports itself blocked, and other safety features shutting off at the same moment. A lot of them happen at highway speed, and a lot end with a dealer who couldn't reproduce it.

“The autopilot computer failed. This has rendered all safety systems and camera on the vehicle inactive, including the rear view camera, all forward and side cameras so no active safety systems are functioning. This includes crash avoidance, lane keeping, blind spot warning, cruise control, and rear camera during reverse, the vehicle is nearly impossible to reverse as the view is terrible with no cameras.”

“Navigation is frozen. No cameras work. No full self driving features work. No cruise control.”

“All safety sensors appear to be out of service. Navigation is stuck at one location and is not working. All cameras, including backup, are out of operation (only shows dark screen). Back up sensor does not work. This issue has been ongoing for 1 month on a brand new vehicle. Tesla service center has no ETA on resolution. Service appointment has already been pushed back to next year (Jan 2025).”
