“My ABS, traction control and cruise control do not work because the ABS control module is bad. Dodge does not offer any fix or repair. There is no response from Dodge on when there will be a remedy.”

“ABS module failed in July 2024 Subsequently, ABS, Electronic Stability Control, and Cruise Control are not operating. BRAKE light also remains lit on dash panel. ABS module is currently not available from Ram. Expected date is continually pushed further and further into the future. Meanwhile, truck is not able to operate at full, safety capacity.”

“The ABS electronic module has failed. The replacement part from the dealership has/is on “Engineering Hold “ since November, extended to December 19, then extended to January 17, and now extended to February 19th. The ABS modules for Dodge Ram trucks from 2017 onwards are on recall. The ABS module also controls the cruise control, so that is not working also. Please add the 2016 models to the recall.”

“ABS control module failed while driving. This also took out cruise control and electronic stability. This can cause brakes to lock up and/or a loss of control in inclement weather.”
