“I have the white pearl paint on my 2020 Telluride. Itâs chipping in chunks on the roof and in smaller batches across the body. I paid extra for this paint and from recent research, Iâm reading this is a common issue. Iâd like this to be repaired. I only have 37,000 miles on the vehicle. I first noticed it as small chips and now itâs present in more locations and expanding in width and length.”

“About a year ago the pearl white paint on my 2020 Kia Telluride started pealing off for no reason. The car has 80000 miles and is less than 5 years old. There should be no reason the paint is pealing already.”

“I took my vehicle to Safelite for a Windshield repair. As the Safelite technician removed the materials related to the repair process, paint was delaminated from the roof of the vehicle. The Safelite technician and manager "claim" that this is a known quality defect on many customer forums and that I should file a notice on the NHTSA.GOV website.”
