What this problem usually is

“Was driving on highway at speed of 60mph then the vehicle loss motive and drifted with no power. Check engine light came on and was able to move to the shoulder. I was able to restart the vehicle but would move for a min then loose power again. Didn't matter whether on electric, hybrid,or gas.”

“Jeep performed over the air update to the telematics box module. After update the vehicle, while in drive and running, driving on a public road way, set off a dash message to âplace car in park to startâ. Then suddenly can to a very violent stop in traffic. This could have cause an accident or loss of life. Vehicle is at jeep dealer waiting on fix. Thousands of 4xE hybrid jeeps are effected.”

“My jeep suddenly lost power and âservice hybrid vehicle systemâ popped up 6 times. The engine had suddenly cut at 70mph. The was the morning after I had an over the air update from Jeep. It has not done this before.”
