“we got a recall letter stating the air bag part could explode and cause injury or death . i contacted my local gm dealer and they said no parts were available. i asked for a rental or loaner untill the parts came in they said no . i contacted gm and they said no.”

“I called a GMC dealer in Cuyahoga Falls on July 5th and was told they could not fix the recall due to parts not being available. This recall is an issue with and air bag. The recall has been out for over a month and the car is 9 years old.”
