What this problem usually is
This sheet covers cars that roll after the owner puts them in Park, and shifters that won't come out of Park. The first is the more dangerous. Owners describe stepping out to check the mail, or to move a trash can, and watching the vehicle roll into a garage door or another car.

“Due to transmission issues from what in hearing. The cars front end locked up while i was driving. I could not push the car out of the steeet. It is stuck in park. Luckily I wasn't on the freeway. But I was on a busy street and the police had to block the road.”
