“Lug Nuts "swell" up and are not easy to remove. I have not had a flat on the side of the road, yet, but I can forsee huge problems trying to remove these Swollen Lug Nuts in a bad situation. Contacted Ford Service since I have an extended warranty, but they would not cover giving me replacement Lug Nuts. Bad Design + Bad Service policy = Stranded Customer in Bad Situation”
