“On dual rear wheel setup. Galvanic corrosion between metal valve stem and aluminum wheel caused air to leak out resulting in an unsafe condition where unequal tire pressures between the inner tire and outer tire caused unpredictable situation under normal driving condition and would have multiplied under towing condition where added weight on tire would have decreased my response time in the event of a tire failure.”

“The VIN is from my tow vehicle, your system wouldn't take the VIN of my Fifth Wheel RV (4YDF37329J4700954) which the tire that failed is installed on. The tire in question was purchased in April of 2021 and had approximately 500 miles on it when the tread separated from the tire and became wrapped around the axle of the RV. The tire is a Sailun S637 ST235/80R16.”
