What this problem usually is
This is the narrower sheet inside transmission shudder for slipping: the engine revs up but the car doesn't pick up speed to match, as if the transmission lost its grip for a moment. The wider sheet also covers jerks and vibration. Here, every report uses the word slip.

Some 2018-2022 Ford and Lincoln vehicles equipped with the 8F35 transmission built on or before 16-Mar-2022 may exhibit transmission slip during acceleration from a stop when hot. This may be due damaged internal case half pump seals (7N265).

“My car is having an extremely hard time accelerating and when it does its shifting rough, shuttering and lagging. I cant tell if the transmission is slipping or if its coil packs and spark plugs but its struggling. It throws no codes which keeps everyones hands tied because we dont even know which direction to go with it. My warranty covers power train but with no codes being thrown, no one is honoring the warranty.”

“Transmission is juttering and slipping significantly. Low power on take off and no check engine light on. Dealer states there is nothing wrong but clearly something is wrong with the Transmission.”

“Shuddering when driving, hard shifting down, transmission feels to be slipping. no warning lights on yet. I am worried about it not shifting and causing an accident or slipping the gear & causing an accident.”
