What this problem usually is

“A safety recall was made back on 9/7/2017 to Jack Wolf in Belvidere, Illinois in reference to the safety recall steering wheel wiring- The inspection stated they installed a wheel wiring and protection sleeve. The light has started to come back on and sound off and stays on. This should have been taken care of properly back on September 7, 2017 - I should not be having this problem again”
