“The infotainment system keeps resetting with screen going black and restarting. This is distracting and I lose data such as directions if I am using navigation. This could lead to driver distraction and risk of accidents. I think that this is a firmware issue and UConnect should provide a fix.”

“The uconnect navigation system that controls the back up camera to car, the controls for the air conditioning/heat, and all the settings of the car is faulty and causes a short circuit. I have researched that a lot of consumers have problems with the chrysler pacifica uconnect system and they report similar issues. when you go to the car dealer they want to charge you 650 for a new one.”
