What owners wrote
“Why is this not resolved with a remedy as yet? It is over six months now. This is unacceptable.”
Filed Jun 7, 2024
“Recall on my car has no remedy and has had a safety recall for 7 months. I have tried to contact both chevy and GM for a solution as I do not feel safe driving my car and they both told me I just have to wait. So now I am unable to drive my car out of fear for the safety of myself and others, and they will provide no solution other than to just wait and allow my car to be unused for an undetermined amount of time.”

“Recall on the airbag but not showing up in the Chevy dealership and my airbag light has been on for almost 2 years and it shows up on my app that I have a recall”

Should you keep driving it?
This page can't tell you that. 42 of 67 reports involved a crash and 41 people were hurt. Owners who file are the ones who had a bad experience, and nobody checks their reports. If the problem affects steering, braking, power or a fire risk, treat it as a safety fault and have it inspected before a long or high-speed drive.
File your own report with NHTSA. Complaint counts are how a problem gets an investigation.
