“âFront Axle Disconnect (FAD) actuator repeatedly chatters/cycles when the vehicle is parked and ignition is off. The system wakes up multiple times, causing noise, battery drain, and potential unintended axle engagement. This appears to be an electrical control defect. Issue is reproducible in 2wd. Dealer has been too busy to look at vehicle.”

“battery drains completely dead and will not take a charge. I bought this vehicle just under 1 year ago and 3 batteries main batteries have had to be be replaced, and 2 secondary batteries. Something is draining and killing the batteries and the dealership cannot find the cause. This has left me stranded without a vehicle 3 times in less than a year.”

“Key Fob intermittently stops communicating. Both key sets do the same and have replaced FOB batteries. Nearly 50% of the time the key FOB will not work or start vehicle. A message is displayed that the key is not in the vehicle.”

“Vehicle has been to the dealer numerous times theyâve changed the batteries. The truck will not start after it sits for 24 hours. The batteries are dead. Chrysler will not do anything about it. The dealership doesnât know how to fix it. Itâs been at the dealership on and off for almost 3 months now getting no answers or satisfaction. Truck is brand new.”
