“I have owned my 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited for a little over two years. I have had it to a dealership twice now for the service shifter light coming on. The first time it was covered under warranty, the second time it was covered by the dealership because it was only a couple months later. It is now coming back on again and the dealership said that if it happened again I would have to pay for it the next time.”

“The "Service Shifter" warning came on and the transmission started slipping. If the transmission goes out while myself or kids are on the highway it not only could endanger us, but others as well. I have had this looked at by an independent shop and all it says that there is a bulletin on it.”
