What owners wrote

“The entire information screen went black and the heads up display turned off while driving the car. The screen then intermittently flashed all warning lights as well as a "no service" message. The car continued to operate "normally".”

“When driving slowly on the highway and changing lanes the car sensed that we were too close to the car in front of us and completely stopped the vehicle. We were not all that close to the car in front of us and we were nearly hit by the car behind us as we stopped. We are concerned that this could happen any time. The car should never stop on its own.”

“If someone is making a right turn in front of me and I am on the brakes already slowing down The emergency braking will engage and lock the brakes to stop it It does not seem to detect the fact the car is making a turn that will be complete before you are up to them. This has happened 4 times now and I have almost been rear ended. I can duplicate it pretty much whenever I want and capture it on my dash cam”

Should you keep driving it?

This page can't tell you that. 3 of 28 reports involved a crash and 4 people were hurt. Owners who file are the ones who had a bad experience, and nobody checks their reports. If the problem affects steering, braking, power or a fire risk, treat it as a safety fault and have it inspected before a long or high-speed drive.

File your own report with NHTSA. Complaint counts are how a problem gets an investigation.
