“Engine experienced severe metallic knocking and loss of power. A certified Hyundai technician confirmed a FAILED Bearing Clearance Test (RO #354331). Hyundai Motor America is refusing to honor the Engine II Class Action Settlement warranty, citing internal code A99 because the vehicle was purchased at an auction, even though the title is CLEAN. This pose a safety risk of engine seizure and potential fire.”

“.Car is using or burning alot of oil. After oil change. It went 2800 miles on the oil change and the cars oil light come on. Checked oil and nothing on the dip stick. Headlights randomly shut off at night. Had the wiring checked and didnt find any issues”

“The vehicle itself shakes when accelerating and will start to fail once 60mph is hit. It will also cut out when left turns are made...I have met 4 people with the exact same issues who received recalls but I am not sure why my car is not included. I was almost rear ended on the highway by a semi with my pregnant wife and 4 year old son in the car because of the engine failure.”
