“I brought a 2015 Ford Fusion and the airbags was missing as well as unrepairable overheating issues in the engine. I replaced the whole cooling system and the reason for overheating still canât be determined. I brought the car for $5000 and had $3000 of work done and it is still not drivable. The dealer refused to fix it or give a refund. I still have not been able to drive the car.”

“I've already submitted this complaint before and nothing is done by it and investigator investigated this but I'm still continuing to have this problem and Ford will not fix the issue unless I spend thousands of dollars. I am having an issue with the safety airbag system the AC system not working The windows do not work, passenger windows don't work , ac control system doesn't function...”

“1.Air bag-control module :P&A RCM failed. 2.control module not working that's mean upon impact the sensors will send the signal to the control module ,but the module will not be able to initiate the deployment of the airbags,putting the passengers of the vehicles at risk. 3.yes the component been inspected by ford dealership . 4.yes airbag lamp is on. a month ago the lamp is on.”
