“I am filing a complaint because they released this recall and are not putting any effort into finding a solution. This recall is affecting our livelyhood and should be a pretty straight forward fix. I don't understand why they released the recall at the beginning of the year and I was told by Ford they have no plans to fix the recall in a timely manner. I have head it could be the end of the year.”

“The seatbelt failed just like it is stated in the recall. Recall #24S06. The dealer is stating they have no fix for this problem and charging $1000 to put the same faulty seatbelt back in the car.”

“Pulling up to a stop light and we heard an explosion, my wife immediately said something hit her , we smelled burning smell and smoke. My wife has a large bruise from the seatbelt and the seatbelt no longer works”
