“I purchased the vehicle on 9/15/2025 at approximately 103,900 miles. Around 10/6/25 at approximately 103,982 miles the driver side sliding door actuator has failed causing the door to get stuck in the lock position and creating a safety hazard. I reached out to Dodge today and spoke with a representative by the name of Lynn and they've declined to repair.”

“The lock actuator on the sliding door is stuck in the lock position and the other side is going out making a loud sound. Only 63k miles. If both go out how could a person who canât walk get out? You could be trapped or get hurt getting out the trunk or front. Or what it is was stuck open?”

“My right slider door will not lock with the fob or manually leaving my car unlocked at all times. I have not taken the vehicle to the dealer yet as I just learned of this problem today. There was no indication or lights on before this problem occurred.”

“Driver side sliding door stuck in lock position. Will not open manually or with fob. Can not open door lock from inside. There were no signs this issue was going to happen. One day it works, next day it doesnât. From what Iâve seen, this is an on going problem which needs to be addressed. This can be a huge safety problem in a accident.”
