“Passenger sliding door lock is stuck in the unlocked position. I cannot manually or electronically lock the door. This poses a safety risk to my young children and myself.”

“The lock on right sliding door is in a locked position and you can not open the door. The electronic lock actuator failed and the manual lock lever is stuck in locked position. It's seems to be a Chrysler town and country and dodge caravan failure. It imposes a safty issue in case of a fire or accident.”

“Right sliding door would not open, electrically or manually. Passengers where trapped inside until another door was opened for them to exit. The problem has been inspected and repaired by an authorized Chrysler dealer. There were no warnings of failure.”
