“I know there are recalls on other Chevy traverse for air bags. My air bag light goes off every so often, Iâm just waiting for the day for it to go off in my face while driving. My power steering pressure pump has been leaking, no longer have power steering, makes driving very difficult/unsafe. Iâve heard of many other Traverse vehicles with the same problem, but why is it not being addressed?”

“The airbag system does not register the air bag as functional and recommends airbag be serviced. I have been to the dealership and they cannot find the issue. They turned off the light, which turns back on. There is something faulty in the airbag system and I am concerned that if I am in an accident, the system will fail. We have been waiting for a recall and cannot believe it hasn't happened yet.”

“Airbags light turns off & on. Then my vehicle will reset itself while driving. All gauges & lights turn off in vehicle & I have to pull over, turn the car on & off for it to work. Vehicle airbag will also make a popping sound when airbag light turns on & off. Vehicle turns off while driving & fuel light will say full then drop to empty. Power steering will go out & turn back on randomly.”
