“Engine failure at 105,xxx miles. New short block engine at 105,xxx and loss of power at 110,xxx miles. Limp mode was able to reset after turning off the vehicle. It went in to limp mode several times. Dealership denies responsibility. Only goes into Limp mode at higher speeds making it even more dangerous. No check engine light.”

“Engine seized twice randomly while driving. Turned car off and back on and it ran without issue. (May 21 2022 and June 30 2022). Had the recall addressed on july 9 and July 12 my check engine light came on. It was towed to Kia and they called the following day saying theyâre replacing the engine under the extended warranty.”
