“Approaching red light and the vehicle came to a sudden stop. Message popped up on dashboard to place into park and start vehicle. Vehicle would not start and could not shift into neutral to move off of road. Message then appeared to plug car in to calibrate battery. Had car towed to my house, plugged car into charging station and message popped up to service charging system. Car will not start.”

“My jeep quit while driving down [XXX] . I was the only one in the vehicle and was in the left lane. I pulled to the shoulder and shut down the vehicle. I could not get it to drive after I restarted. I unplugged the battery and waited a few minutes. When I reconnected the Jeep was back to running fine. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)”

“The vehicle was running and suddenly shut down due to a hybrid battery warning right in the middle of traffic, rendering the vehicle undriveable and leaving me in a dangerous position. Vehicle had to be towed to a dealership. Code P0B24 $07EF Hybrid Battery A Voltage Unstable.”
