“I am filing a complaint for the Takata air bag replacement. The recall was issued in May, 2023. It is now October and GM does not have a date when they can fix it. 5 months to come up with a repair parts for a airbag that could kill my family seems a bit to long. They will not offer a loaner car, special rebate, etc. GM just expects us to drive around with a possible grenade right in front of our chest.”

“I received a letter 2 months for a fix for airbag recall; however, there still isnât a fix. GMC is refusing to do anything and they insist that itâs safe for me to continue driving my car when they know that the driver side airbag is unsafe. They said it will get fixed whenever they get the parts and just continue driving it until then.”
