What this problem usually is
Screen complaints read like a list of small betrayals. The display goes black or freezes, the backup camera shows nothing when you shift into reverse, CarPlay or Android Auto keeps dropping, or the radio changes volume on its own. “The rear view camera is not working when placing the vehicle in reverse. The dash screen is blank even though it changes to appropriate display mode. The area where camera image is supposed to be to display is blank.”

“There was no accident, I am experiencing the same issue with my Ford Super Duty that was in a recall 22S51 but my VIN was not included in the recall. The back up camera on my truck is so cloudy you can barely see, Ford states they will not take of this as well as the dealership I bought the truck from.”
