“Drivers side heat rest deployed sitting still. Plastic holding metal strike pin broke. Luckily no one was in the drivers seat. I just got out of it a few minutes before it happened.”

“My van was parked in my driveway overnight and both of the headrests deployed. I am grateful I was not driving it. I couldnât get them to close they are stuck open. When called dealer was told was not covered even though I have Mopar coverage. Since itâs so much to fix it out of pocket the safety feature is virtually useless because I canât have it fixed.”
